- Prepare North Carolina Residential Rental Contract and applicable addendums
- Move-in inspection with tenant(s)
- Tenant(s) quality control
- Online Rental Payment Portal
- Filing of legal proceedings for breach of lease agreement
- Preparation of monthly and yearly accounting to owners
- Respond to both non-emergency maintenance calls
- For emergency maintenance, we offer a 24-hour emergency answering service
- Move-out inspection with tenant(s)
